Open a blank txt file and paste the following into it: Windows Registry Editor Version Admin /c takeown /f \"%1\" & icacls \"%1\" /grant administrators:F" To do that, you need to add a registration. You need to be able to acquire Administrator ownership on folders. Also, if you are using XTU, make sure check it once in a while to make sure the undervolt is still applied (since XTU will reset to default after ANY abnormal shut down, that usually not caused by undervolt) These are for maximum security to protect your hardware from being damaged. You MUST have repasted and padded your CPU, GPU and vRAM. I will not be responsible for any damage you did to your computer. This could potentially damage your hardware. So if you are in the same boat, bear with me. I was finally able to disable Intel Dynamic Performance and Thermal Framework for good!!! Maybe some other methods have already worked for you, but not for me! And I was in agony and even AFKed partially because of this.
